Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup eggnog full-fat
  • 2 cups white chocolate chopped
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.5 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 0.75 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups dark chocolate chopped
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

Method
 

  1. Warm eggnog and butter until steaming.
  2. Pour over white chocolate and stir until smooth.
  3. Add vanilla, nutmeg, and powdered sugar.
  4. Chill mixture until firm.
  5. Roll into balls and freeze briefly.
  6. Melt dark chocolate with coconut oil.
  7. Dip truffles and chill until set.
