  • 12 oz pasta
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 5 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese freshly grated
  • 1 lemon zested and juiced

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta until al dente and reserve pasta water.
  2. Sauté garlic in olive oil and butter until fragrant.
  3. Add cream and simmer gently.
  4. Stir in lemon zest, seasoning, and parmesan.
  5. Toss pasta with sauce and finish with lemon juice.
