Ingredients
  

Pasta
  • 12 oz linguine
  • 16 oz mushrooms sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.75 cup parmesan cheese freshly grated

Equipment

  • Large skillet
  • Pasta pot

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta until al dente and reserve pasta water.
  2. Brown mushrooms in butter and olive oil.
  3. Add garlic, then cream and parmesan.
  4. Toss pasta with sauce and serve.

Notes

Use freshly grated parmesan for smooth sauce.
