  • 2 chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 250 g pasta
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 0.5 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp Italian seasoning

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and reserve some pasta water.
  2. Season chicken and cook in skillet until golden and fully cooked. Slice and set aside.
  3. Melt butter in the same skillet and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add chicken broth and simmer briefly.
  5. Pour in cream and let it thicken slightly.
  6. Stir in parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  7. Add pasta and mix well, adjusting consistency with pasta water.
  8. Return chicken to pan, combine, and serve warm.

Notes

Use freshly grated parmesan for best results and adjust sauce thickness with pasta water.
