Ingredients
  

Potatoes
  • 2 lbs baby potatoes halved
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
Creamy Sauce
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line baking sheet.
  2. Toss potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Roast potatoes 30–35 minutes until golden and crisp.
  4. Melt butter in skillet and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  5. Add cream and seasoning; simmer gently.
  6. Stir in parmesan until smooth.
  7. Toss roasted potatoes in sauce and garnish.

Notes

Serve immediately for best texture.
