- Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in skillet and sear pork chops 3–4 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- Add butter and garlic to skillet, sauté 30–60 seconds.
- Pour in chicken broth, scraping browned bits.
- Stir in heavy cream and thyme. Simmer gently.
- Return pork chops to skillet, spoon sauce, and cook until internal temp reaches 145°F.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
Notes
Add mushrooms or lemon juice for extra flavor.
