- Cook tortellini according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear seasoned steak until browned. Remove and set aside.
- Add butter and garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and simmer gently.
- Stir in Parmesan until smooth and creamy.
- Add tortellini and steak back to skillet and toss to coat.
- Season to taste and garnish with parsley before serving.
Notes
Use freshly grated Parmesan for best sauce texture.
