Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 1 cup green olives pitted
  • 6 oz feta cheese crumbled
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill or parsley chopped
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Equipment

  • Food processor
  • Mixing bowl

Method
 

  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor.
  2. Pulse until smooth or leave slightly chunky if desired.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning with lemon, olive oil, or pepper.
  4. Transfer to a bowl and garnish with chopped olives and herbs.

Notes

For a lighter version, replace half the cream cheese with Greek yogurt.
