Ingredients
  

Pasta
  • 20 oz fresh cheese ravioli
Sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 12 oz mushrooms sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.75 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Cook ravioli in salted water according to package directions.
  2. Sauté mushrooms in olive oil and butter until golden.
  3. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  4. Stir in cream, seasoning, salt, and pepper; simmer gently.
  5. Add parmesan and stir until smooth.
  6. Toss ravioli with sauce, adding pasta water if needed.
  7. Garnish and serve immediately.

Notes

Use reserved pasta water to adjust sauce consistency.
