Ingredients
  

Pasta Salad
  • 12 oz short pasta rotini or shells
  • 8 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup green peas thawed
  • 0.75 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.25 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese grated

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta until al dente, drain, and rinse with cold water.
  2. Cook bacon until crispy, drain, and crumble.
  3. Whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, and seasonings.
  4. Toss pasta with dressing until coated.
  5. Fold in bacon, peas, and Parmesan.
  6. Chill at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes

Stir before serving and add a splash of milk if needed to loosen.
