Ingredients
  

Latte Base
  • 1 cup milk any type
  • 1 tsp beetroot powder
  • 1 tbsp freeze-dried strawberries crushed
  • 1-2 tsp honey or maple syrup optional
  • 0.25 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 scoop collagen or protein powder optional

Method
 

  1. Warm milk in a small saucepan over medium-low heat until steaming.
  2. In a small bowl, mix beetroot powder, crushed strawberries, and sweetener with 1 tablespoon warm milk to create a smooth paste.
  3. Pour the pink paste into the warm milk and whisk to combine fully.
  4. Add vanilla extract and optional collagen or protein powder, whisking until smooth.
  5. Froth the latte using a frother, whisk, or blender until creamy.
  6. Pour into a mug and garnish with crushed strawberries or a touch of beet powder.

Notes

Adjust sweetness to taste. For iced version, skip heating and blend with cold milk.
