Ingredients
  

Martini Base
  • 2 oz vanilla vodka
  • 1 oz raspberry liqueur
  • 2 oz heavy cream
  • 1 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.5 oz simple syrup adjust to taste
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 5 fresh raspberries

Equipment

  • Cocktail shaker
  • Martini glass
  • Muddler
  • Fine strainer

Method
 

  1. Chill martini glass and prepare graham cracker rim.
  2. Muddle cream cheese and raspberries in a shaker until smooth.
  3. Add vodka, raspberry liqueur, cream, syrup, vanilla, and ice.
  4. Shake vigorously until fully chilled and creamy.
  5. Strain into prepared martini glass and garnish.

Notes

Shake thoroughly to fully emulsify cream cheese.
