Method
- Thinly shred the red cabbage and place it in a large bowl.
- Add shredded carrots and sliced green onions.
- In a separate bowl whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Pour dressing over the cabbage mixture.
- Toss the slaw until evenly coated.
- Let rest for 10–15 minutes before serving.
- Garnish with parsley and serve chilled.
Notes
For a lighter version substitute half the mayonnaise with Greek yogurt.
