Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup salsa verde
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Place chicken breasts in the dish and season with spices.
  3. Mix salsa verde, cream cheese, sour cream, and garlic until smooth.
  4. Pour sauce over chicken and top with shredded cheese.
  5. Cover and bake for 25 minutes, then uncover and bake 10–15 minutes more.
  6. Garnish with cilantro and serve hot.

Notes

Serve with rice, tortillas, or vegetables. Great for meal prep.
