  • 1 lb cooked shrimp peeled, deveined, and chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 0.25 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 2 green onions sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a baking dish.
  2. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  3. Stir in cheeses, shrimp, green onions, garlic, lemon juice, parsley, and seasonings.
  4. Spread mixture into baking dish evenly.
  5. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  6. Rest for 5 minutes, garnish, and serve warm.

Notes

For extra flavor, add Cajun seasoning or a dash of hot sauce. Serve with crackers, crostini, or fresh vegetables.
