Chicken
  • 4 chicken breasts boneless skinless
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts chopped
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese grated

Method
 

  1. Season and sear chicken until golden.
  2. Remove chicken and sauté garlic.
  3. Add cream and broth.
  4. Stir in spinach, artichokes, and Parmesan.
