  • 4 chicken breasts boneless skinless
  • 6-8 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup 10.5 oz
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 1 cup stuffing mix
  • 0.25 cup butter melted
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp paprika optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Arrange chicken in dish and season.
  3. Top with Swiss cheese slices.
  4. Mix soup, sour cream, and milk and pour over chicken.
  5. Combine stuffing with melted butter and sprinkle on top.
  6. Bake 40–45 minutes until golden and cooked through.
