  • 3 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 12 lasagna noodles cooked
  • 6 tbsp butter
  • 6 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 4 cups milk warm
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 0.75 cup Parmesan cheese grated

Method
 

  1. Cook noodles until al dente and set aside.
  2. Prepare white sauce by cooking butter and flour, then whisking in milk.
  3. Season sauce and stir in Parmesan until smooth.
  4. Layer noodles, chicken, cheese, spinach, and sauce in baking dish.
  5. Bake covered, then uncovered until golden.
  6. Rest before slicing and serving.
