Ingredients
  

Chicken Mixture
  • 1 lb chicken breast finely diced
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
Filling
  • 0.75 cup Swiss cheese diced small
  • 0.75 cup ham finely chopped
Crispy Coating
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 0.5 cup plain breadcrumbs optional
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 0.5 cup flour

Method
 

  1. Season diced chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and onion powder.
  2. Add diced ham and Swiss cheese to the chicken mixture and mix well.
  3. Shape mixture into small bite-sized balls.
  4. Roll bites in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and coat in panko breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C) and spray basket with oil.
  6. Air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  7. Serve warm with honey mustard or your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

Chill shaped bites for 10 minutes before air frying to help them hold shape.
