Method
- Season diced chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and onion powder.
- Add diced ham and Swiss cheese to the chicken mixture and mix well.
- Shape mixture into small bite-sized balls.
- Roll bites in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and coat in panko breadcrumb mixture.
- Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C) and spray basket with oil.
- Air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Serve warm with honey mustard or your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
Chill shaped bites for 10 minutes before air frying to help them hold shape.
