Ingredients
  

Potato Wedges
  • 4 large potatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • salt to taste
Garlic Dip
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp olive oil

Method
 

  1. Cut potatoes into wedges and soak in water if desired.
  2. Dry and season wedges with oil and spices.
  3. Air fry at 200°C until crispy and golden.
  4. Mix garlic dip ingredients and serve with wedges.

Notes

Soaking potatoes improves crispiness significantly.
