  • 4 medium potatoes thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp salt adjust to taste
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • fresh parsley chopped, optional garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash, peel (optional), and thinly slice potatoes.
  3. Toss potato slices with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Arrange slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket; cook in batches if necessary.
  5. Air fry 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden and crispy.
  6. Remove and garnish with parsley if desired; serve immediately.

Notes

Ensure uniform slicing for even cooking; avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket.
