- Cook bacon until crispy, drain, and crumble.
- Whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper. Scramble until just set.
- Mix crumbled bacon and cheese into scrambled eggs.
- Place filling on egg roll wrapper, fold, and seal with water.
- Heat oil to 350°F. Fry egg rolls 3-4 minutes per side until golden.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
Notes
For air fryer version: Cook at 400°F for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway. Freeze uncooked egg rolls for up to 3 months.
