Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Sauté celery and onion in butter until soft.
- Add sautéed vegetables to bread cubes with seasoning and parsley.
- Pour broth over mixture, then add eggs. Mix gently until moist.
- Form into balls and place on baking sheet.
- Bake 20–25 minutes until crispy and golden.
