Ingredients
  

Stuffing Balls
  • 6 cups dried bread cubes
  • 1 cup celery finely chopped
  • 1 cup onion finely chopped
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1.5 cups chicken broth
  • 2 eggs large
  • 1 tsp poultry seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Sauté celery and onion in butter until soft.
  3. Add sautéed vegetables to bread cubes with seasoning and parsley.
  4. Pour broth over mixture, then add eggs. Mix gently until moist.
  5. Form into balls and place on baking sheet.
  6. Bake 20–25 minutes until crispy and golden.

Notes

Brush with melted butter before baking for extra crispiness.
