- Combine flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a medium bowl.
- Place beaten eggs in a separate bowl and panko breadcrumbs in another bowl.
- Dip chicken pieces in flour mixture, then egg, then panko breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil to 350°F (175°C) and fry chicken in batches until golden and cooked through, about 3–4 minutes.
- Whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice to make Bang Bang sauce.
- Toss fried chicken bites in Bang Bang sauce until coated.
- Plate and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
