Ingredients
  

Feta Filling
  • 8 oz feta cheese crumbled
  • 4 oz cream cheese optional
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh herbs chopped
Phyllo Rolls
  • 12 sheets phyllo dough
  • 0.25 cup olive oil or butter melted
Hot Honey
  • 0.5 cup honey
  • 1 tsp chili flakes

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix feta, cream cheese, herbs, and black pepper until combined.
  3. Layer phyllo sheets, brushing lightly with oil or butter.
  4. Add feta filling, roll tightly, and place seam-side down.
  5. Bake 18–22 minutes until golden and crisp.
  6. Warm honey with chili flakes over low heat.
  7. Drizzle hot honey over rolls before serving.

Notes

Adjust spice level by increasing or reducing chili flakes.
