Ingredients
  

Gnocchi Base
  • 16 oz shelf-stable gnocchi
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cups fresh spinach
  • 0.5 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.25 tsp red pepper flakes optional
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice fresh
  • salt and black pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add gnocchi in a single layer and cook undisturbed until golden and crisp, about 3–4 minutes per side.
  3. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, stirring briefly until fragrant.
  4. Add spinach and toss until just wilted.
  5. Season with salt and pepper, remove from heat, and sprinkle with feta.
  6. Finish with fresh lemon juice, toss gently, and serve warm.

Notes

Serve immediately for best texture. Do not overcrowd the pan to ensure crispy gnocchi.
