Crispy Roasted Cabbage Steaks (Oven or Air Fryer)

Ingredients
  

  • 1 large green cabbage
  • 3-4 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt adjust to taste
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Equipment

  • Air fryer

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F) or air fryer to 190°C (375°F).
  2. Slice cabbage vertically into thick steak-like rounds.
  3. Mix olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Brush cabbage slices generously on both sides.
  5. Cook in oven for 25–35 minutes or air fryer for 12–18 minutes, flipping halfway.
  6. Serve warm with optional garnish or sauce.

Notes

Do not slice cabbage too thin. High heat ensures caramelization and crisp edges.
