Method
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F) or air fryer to 190°C (375°F).
- Slice cabbage vertically into thick steak-like rounds.
- Mix olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Brush cabbage slices generously on both sides.
- Cook in oven for 25–35 minutes or air fryer for 12–18 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Serve warm with optional garnish or sauce.
Notes
Do not slice cabbage too thin. High heat ensures caramelization and crisp edges.
