  • 3-4 lb chuck roast
  • 1.5 lb baby potatoes
  • 4 carrots cut into chunks
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste

Method
