Method
- Lightly grease crock pot insert.
- Add cranberries, sugars, orange zest, and orange juice.
- Stir in spices and salt.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 4–5 hours.
- Mash or blend to desired smoothness.
- Stir in butter and vanilla.
- Cook 15–30 minutes more for butter to melt.
- Cool and store in jars; serve at room temperature.
