Ingredients
  

Potatoes
  • 2 lbs hash brown potatoes frozen diced
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup
  • 0.5 cup butter melted
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Grease crockpot.
  2. Add potatoes.
  3. Mix sauce ingredients.
  4. Combine with potatoes.
  5. Cook on LOW 5–6 hours or HIGH 3–4 hours.
  6. Top with cheese and melt before serving.
