- Cook pasta 2 to 3 minutes less than package directions and drain.
- Brown ground beef and onion in olive oil until fully cooked.
- Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Drain grease and stir in pizza sauce, tomatoes, and seasonings.
- Grease crockpot and layer half the pasta, half the sauce, half the cheeses, and half the pepperoni.
- Repeat remaining layers.
- Cover and cook on low for 2 to 3 hours until hot and bubbly.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
Notes
For extra flavor, add mushrooms, olives, or bell peppers between the layers. Avoid overcooking the pasta before slow cooking.
