- Grease crockpot with butter or cooking spray.
- Whisk cream, milk, butter, garlic, onion, flour, and seasonings until smooth.
- Layer sliced potatoes, cheese, and cream mixture in alternating layers.
- Repeat layers until ingredients are used, finishing with cheese on top.
- Cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours until tender.
- Let rest 10 minutes before serving.
