  • 8 oz dark chocolate 70–72%, chopped
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 tsp instant espresso powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • cocoa powder for coating

Method
 

  1. Heat cream and dissolve espresso powder.
  2. Pour over chocolate and let sit.
  3. Stir in butter and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Chill ganache until firm.
  5. Roll into balls and coat.
