- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in strawberries.
- Place filling in center of wonton wrappers.
- Seal edges with water, removing air pockets.
- Heat oil to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry wontons until golden brown, about 1–2 minutes.
- Drain, dust with powdered sugar, and serve warm.
Notes
Do not overfill wontons. Best served fresh for maximum crispiness.
