Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups leftover ham diced
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 0.75 cup milk
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables peas and carrots
  • 1 cup potatoes diced
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 2 pie crusts top and bottom

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a pie dish.
  2. Cook onion in butter until soft, then stir in flour.
  3. Whisk in broth and milk; cook until thickened.
  4. Stir in ham, vegetables, potatoes, and seasoning.
  5. Fill bottom crust, add top crust, and vent.
  6. Bake until golden brown and bubbling.
