Cake
  • 1.75 cups flour
  • 0.75 cup cocoa powder
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1.5 tsp baking powder
  • 1.5 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 0.5 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup hot coffee
Filling
  • 0.5 cup butter softened
  • 1.5 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 cup marshmallow fluff
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Ganache
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1.5 cups chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven and prepare pans.
  2. Mix dry ingredients.
  3. Add wet ingredients and mix.
  4. Bake and cool cakes.
  5. Prepare filling and layer cake.
  6. Make ganache and pour over cake.

Notes

Chill cake slightly before adding ganache for best results.
