  • 1.5 lb chicken breast or thighs cut into pieces
  • 0.75 cup orange marmalade
  • 0.25 cup soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic minced

Method
 

  1. Cook chicken in skillet until golden and cooked through.
  2. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
