- Prepare vegetables and combine in a large mixing bowl.
- Add shredded or sliced cooked chicken to the vegetables.
- Whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, rice vinegar, lime juice, and water until smooth.
- Pour dressing over salad and toss gently to coat.
- Sprinkle peanuts, sesame seeds, and optional wonton strips over the top.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate briefly for slightly chilled salad.
Notes
For maximum crunch, add nuts and wontons just before serving.
