Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup mashed fresh strawberries

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease donut pan.
  2. Mix dry ingredients, then fold in wet strawberry mixture.
  3. Fill donut pan 3/4 full and bake 12–15 minutes.
  4. Cool donuts, then dip in fresh strawberry glaze.

Notes

Use ripe strawberries for best flavor and color. Glaze donuts slightly cooled to avoid melting.
