Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Arrange mini phyllo shells on a baking sheet.
- Place a cube of brie into each shell.
- Bake for 7–8 minutes or until brie is melted and shells are lightly golden.
- Top each cup with a fresh blackberry.
- Drizzle with honey.
- Sprinkle thyme if using. Serve warm or at room temperature.
Notes
You can prepare the brie-filled cups ahead and bake right before serving.
