Ingredients
  

  • 2 chicken breasts sliced into cutlets
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 250 g mushrooms sliced
  • 3/4 cup Marsala wine
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp butter

Method
 

  1. Season and dredge chicken in flour.
  2. Sear chicken until golden and remove.
  3. Cook mushrooms and garlic.
  4. Add Marsala wine and broth, simmer.
  5. Return chicken to pan and coat with sauce.
