  • 1 wedge Brie cheese
  • 1 block aged cheddar
  • 1 wedge Gouda
  • 1 log goat cheese
Meats
  • 12 slices salami
  • 10 slices prosciutto
  • 8 slices soppressata or pepperoni
Crackers & Bread
  • 1 box artisan crackers
  • 1 box butter crackers
  • 1 bag sliced baguette
Fruit & Extras
  • 1 cup grapes
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 0.5 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1 cup mixed nuts
  • 0.25 cup honey or fig jam
  • 4-6 sprigs fresh rosemary

Method
 

  1. Place cheeses around the board as the base layout.
  2. Add cured meats, folding or shaping them for visual appeal.
  3. Scatter crackers and bread in clusters around the cheeses.
  4. Add fruits such as grapes and berries to fill spaces.
  5. Fill remaining gaps with nuts, chocolate, or small treats.
  6. Garnish with rosemary sprigs and serve with honey or fig jam.

Use contrasting colors to create a festive holiday look.
