Ingredients
  

Fruit Kabobs
  • 2 cups green grapes
  • 1 pint fresh strawberries stems removed
  • 2 bananas sliced
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 12 wooden skewers or cocktail sticks

  • Cutting board
  • Serving platter
  • Skewers

Method
 

  1. Wash and dry strawberries and grapes thoroughly. Remove strawberry stems.
  2. Peel the bananas and slice them into 1/2-inch rounds.
  3. Slide a grape onto the bottom of each skewer.
  4. Add a banana slice, then another grape.
  5. Top with a whole strawberry.
  6. Finish with a mini marshmallow at the tip of the skewer.
  7. Repeat until all fruit is used. Chill before serving.

Notes

Brush banana slices lightly with lemon juice to prevent browning.
