  • 5 Christmas Tree snack cakes
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese softened, optional
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract optional
Coating
  • 2 cups white chocolate or candy melts melted
  • sprinkles for decorating

Method
 

  1. Crumble Christmas Tree snack cakes into a bowl.
  2. Add cream cheese and vanilla if using, then mix until a dough forms.
  3. Roll mixture into small balls and freeze for 10–15 minutes.
  4. Melt chocolate or candy melts until smooth.
  5. Dip chilled truffles in melted chocolate using a fork.
  6. Place on parchment paper and decorate with sprinkles.

Notes

Add peppermint extract for a holiday twist.
