Method
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Arrange crescent dough triangles in a circle with wide ends overlapping.
- Add Brie cubes and cranberry sauce around the inner ring of the dough.
- Sprinkle rosemary and fold dough tips over the filling.
- Brush with egg wash and bake 18–22 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool slightly, garnish with rosemary sprigs, and serve warm.
Notes
Best served fresh out of the oven. Brie rind is edible and helps hold shape.
