Ingredients
  

Pasta
  • 250 g pasta
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
Sauce
  • 1 cup cooking cream
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente.
  2. Add broccoli during the last few minutes of cooking.
  3. Reserve pasta water and drain.
  4. Sauté garlic in olive oil.
  5. Add cream, cheese, and seasoning.
  6. Combine pasta and broccoli with sauce.

Adjust sauce consistency using pasta water for perfect creaminess.
