Base Ingredients
  • 16 oz goat cheese logs chilled
  • 1 assorted crackers for serving
Cranberry & Rosemary
  • 0.25 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 tsp fresh rosemary chopped
Honey Pistachio
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 0.25 cup pistachios chopped
Pomegranate Crostini
  • 0.33 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1 tbsp honey or balsamic glaze
Herb & Walnut
  • 0.25 cup walnuts finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp mixed herbs parsley, thyme, chives

Method
 

  1. Slice chilled goat cheese logs into ½-inch rounds and arrange on a serving platter.
  2. Top some goat cheese rounds with cranberry sauce and chopped rosemary.
  3. Drizzle honey on others and sprinkle with chopped pistachios.
  4. Spread goat cheese on crostini, top with pomegranate seeds, and drizzle with honey or balsamic glaze.
  5. Press some goat cheese discs into a mixture of chopped walnuts and herbs.
  6. Arrange on platter with crackers and garnish with rosemary sprigs.

Notes

Make up to 6 hours ahead; add honey and herbs just before serving.
