- Activate yeast in warm water with sugar until frothy.
- Add flour, salt, and olive oil to form sticky dough.
- Cover and let dough rise 1–2 hours until doubled.
- Transfer to oiled pan and stretch gently.

- Dimple dough with fingers, drizzle olive oil, add toppings.
- Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 20–25 minutes until golden.
- Cool slightly, slice, and serve.
