Base
  • 1 package (0.3 oz) sugar-free Jell-O any flavor
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1.5 cups plain Greek yogurt room temperature
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract optional

Method
 

  1. Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water, whisking until fully dissolved.
  2. Cool mixture for 5-10 minutes.
  3. Whisk in half the Greek yogurt until smooth.
  4. Add remaining yogurt and vanilla, whisk until fluffy and lump-free.
  5. Pour into serving dishes and refrigerate 2+ hours until set.

Notes

Use sugar-free for low-carb; adjust yogurt for desired creaminess.
