- Preheat oven to 325°F and line a muffin pan with paper liners.
- Mix graham crumbs, sugar, and melted butter; press into liners and bake 5 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs, sour cream, and vanilla.
- Tint filling green and divide evenly over crusts.
- Bake 15–17 minutes until centers are set. Cool, chill, and top with a red heart sprinkle.
